Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 7am to 2pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 2pm to 7pm

Payments
We accept cash, checks, VISA and MasterCard.

Insurance
Coverage/reimbursement by their insurance carrier will be
dependent upon patient’s policy.  We will be happy to provide you with appropriate receipts for easy submission to your insurance provider, however, we do not directly bill to any insurance companies or programs. 

Fees
Initial Consultation:                $ 150.00
Regular on-going visits:           $ 85.00
